BELL PEPPERS

Bell Peppers are high in vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium. They're also anti-inflammatory and high in fiber and iron. One of my favorite ways to snack on bell peppers is poolside with some delicious dips! We're still a few months away from peak berry season, but these immune-boosters are packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and so much more.
